User is able to select and have costs instantly calculate for slab on grade, crawlspace or full basement options.

Q: I have a couple of questions on house plan 80818 I hope you can answer for me. If the home is built with a brick exterior does that require a plan modification? What is the width of the interior doors? If I order the PDF is that easy to share with those building the home? Thanks in advance for your help. Joseph Loschiavo
A: There would be no problem with changing the exterior to brick. Just let your contractor know. Interior doors are varying widths which will be shown on the floorplan of the construction documents. The PDF file is easily shared with other subcontractors, lenders, etc. by means of email or flash drive.
Q: Are all the roof specs included? Is the location of the breaker box included?
A: Roof plan includes bird's eye view of roof with all pitches labeled. Span charts are included for rafter sizing. There is a suggested breaker box location, but this will depend on the location of utilities on your site.
